At Marisabaratelli.com, we want you to be completely satisfied. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, Marisabaratelli.com will accept returns or exchanges for non-sale items of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise with all tags attached within 14 days of the received merchandise. Please fill out the Product Return form and we will send a return label to the registered address. Shipping and handling charges for returned or exchanged merchandise are non-refundable unless a shipping error has occurred. All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Sale items are deeply discounted and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Upon receipt of returned goods, Marisa Baratelli reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
WHERE DO I SHIP MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
After you have completed the Product Request form you will receive a RMA number with a shipping label and instructions on where to ship your order.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ORDER?
In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item we will gladly replace or take back that item within 14 days of the received merchandise for a full refund. Please complete the Product Return form to request a RMA number.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?
Returns will be credited via the original form of payment, two to three weeks after we receive the returned merchandise. We will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
